It's me again. Made some cupcakes last night, and thought I would share. I was just trying a few Christmas things for someone. Leave a comment and let me know what you think. Ok, so I did a little baking today. These are my cake truffles, or as a good friend of mine calls them "BONE CRUSHERS" (LOL)

These are sooooo good. You should try them. These particular ones are red velvet and cream cheese.

Decorating cakes and sweet treat

After years of saying, "I'm taking that cake decorating class!", I finally did! And just as I thought, I LOVED IT!. Loved everything about it. I learned so much. I remember when I first started, I attempted to make an agreement with my mother, who is naturally a baker, "If you bake the cakes for me, I will decorate them". Well, she didn't respond, but it's okay because now I enjoy even the baking part. I like trying new things. I like to take my time and get it just right (though sometimes just right never happens), and I LOVE when people love what I make. I will try to update this blog and also post some pics often. Maybe one day you will get to try some of the sweet treats I enjoy making!
